Buying from me

All designs are created and made individually by me including the cutting out of the felt pieces and the knitting of the cozy scarves.

These cards started out as part of Hobbz Designs so you may have seen them on Folksy and other selling platforms however I also did other textile work and so decided to split my shop up.

All orders are posted in hard backed envelopes to ensure safety travelling through the postal system and are posted within the timeframe stated.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
