Thank you for visiting my Folksy shop - White Cat Ceramics. I hope you find something you want to buy and will love to own or gift to someone special. If there is something specific you are looking for, please message me. I am happy to include a gift card/wrap if you want the item sent directly to the recipient. Just tell me what you would like your message to say. I use Royal Mail tracked 24/48 to send items to you. I will opt for Royal Mail 24 where costs allow.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
