Buying from me

I aim to post within three days, usually quicker, but I live in the countryside so sometimes have to wait a day or two to get to the post office. Postage is free and all packages are sent by tracked service Royal Mail, usually Tracked 48. I use recycled packaging whenever possible. I don't work to commission but I do have work that can be personalised, if you would like one of these instructions are in the descriptions but if you have any questions please send me a message. Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
