Buying from me

Everything in my shop is hand carved by myself. If you buy any of my carvings that are existing listings, these will be dispatched within 5-7 days. For custom orders please allow an extra week (I can only whittle things so fast!)

I’ll always do my best to ensure that your carvings arrive safely, but this often means using products such as bubble wrap which aren’t the most eco-friendly of materials. Please try to recycle as much of my packaging as possible (when possible) or reuse it too!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
