Our journey began with a passion for crafting personalised candles that evoke emotions, memories, and sheer delight. With meticulous attention to detail and a love for heartfelt gifts, we pour our heart and soul into every candle we create.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All personalised candles are non-refundable.

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival then we will happily provide a refund or replacement providing we have photo sent to us showing the damage/fault.

Non-personalised candles:

You have 14 days to return the non-personalised items.

Before returning the item, please contact us letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product.

Please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost of returning the product. Please refrain from destroying or throwing away any items, even if they are faulty, without first speaking to us and reaching an agreement that it won't affect any potential refund you may be entitled to.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
