Buying from me

Every card and keepsake is handmade with care in my little craft space and packaged so it arrives safely and beautifully. Orders are usually posted within 2 - 3 working days by Royal Mail.

I don't offer personalisation just yet, but I'd love to add it in the future - so please check back soon for new options"

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All my cards and keepsakes are handmade with care. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days and I'll be happy to help. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive faulty.
