Hello and thank you for looking at my shop. My keepsake giftboxes are made using premium quality cardstock with detail added with beautiful ribbon, twine and a sprinkling of bling. If there is box style you would like to see please do let me know I'm happy to see what I can do. Many of my designs can be made in a different colour, size or theme please just ask, with no obligation, to see what I can do.
I also makes cards, gift tags and gift card holders.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If your item has been personalised I am sorry I cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. Many thanks .
