Buying from me

My textiles are all my own designs and I make home accessories and gifts from my studio in Hertfordshire.
My designs are based have a Scandinavian feel and are inspired by interesting plantforms and frequent trips to the coast.
I like to make sure that my customers are totally happy with their purchase, so if you have any questions do feel free to get in touch.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Made to order items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless damage in transit in which case a claim will be made with the carrier.
