I aim to pack & send orders usually within 1-3 days. All orders are sent First Class post in the UK with a £1.00 per order fee. During Christmas or postal strike action, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
I package all orders in Eco-friendly gift boxes or eco-cotton drawstring pouches ready for you to gift; I may re-use packaging and use paper based tape, so that you can recycle as much packaging as possible.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please Note: Folksy are now collecting VAT for EU customers on their behalf. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.

I am happy to gift wrap and post an order to the recipient if required at no extra cost, so please enter details in the Notes to Seller when ordering!
Returns and Exchanges: Please bear in mind if your item contains vintage components that there may be a little wear and tear on these pieces because of the nature of the item's age. I try and use the best quality materials in my work, but if you are unhappy with it for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible or within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you've heard back from me and you would still like to return it, please return the item undamaged in its original packaging if possible (buyer pays return postage costs).
Once I've received the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price, exchange the item for one of the same value, or if alteration is required, I can alter the item to suit (although additional charges will apply if this takes longer than fifteen minutes or requires additional materials).
Additional Policies and FAQ's: All of my work is made with love, care and attention to detail and perfection. I try to make my jewellery as strong as possible to live up to daily wear and tear. If you treat them with respect they should last years! Handle it carefully, avoid tugging it sharply and in the case of beaded or mixed media rings as a precaution don't have them submerged in water constantly. Be kind when opening/closing clasps, store them flat and out of direct sunlight if possible, also avoid contact with perfumes and other cosmetics (they may damage the surface of some beads). And remember that most of my beaded work is made with small glass beads, so if they're dropped on a hard surface they may not survive intact - although they are quite tough little things!
With regards to earrings, due to hygiene regulations, I can only accept returns if they are faulty or damaged and unworn.
