Hello Becky,
I have just received the super shiny drop earrings in the post and I'm emailing because I'm afraid that I'm really disappointed with them. They aren't the tear drop shape shown in the picture, they are more oval, and also they are extremely flimsy, nothing like I'd expected them to be. I realise that you photograph the earrings from much closer up and that can be slightly deceiving but you didn't provide any measurements or weights in the description and so I just assumed that they would be as chunky and solid as they looked in the image, given their cost. As they are earrings I don't suppose I can return them? They have not been worn, obviously. Really sorry to send negative feedback, as the earrings looked just beautiful in the picture-and I chose those over several other pairs of earrings I was looking at. Everything else has been great, very speedy delivery etc.
