I ordered the rings but when they arrived they were a little too big - Heather immediately told me to return them to her and she would resize them, which I did and I now have them back and they are perfect!

Written in Silver have been fantastic. The necklace I bought from them had too long a chain for me, and when I asked they were more than happy to shorten it - they even refunded me the postage because of it which was totally unexpected.
