dawn was quick to tell me the item i purchased had already gone on a different site. i was very disappointed but she gave me several options in substitution for the item i ordered as well as offering me a refund. The new item i chose was made well and delivered timely though not really what i wanted. Her stuff is lovely so i will purchase again.
