Buying from me

All my mobiles are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. in a bed of shredded paper. I will send UK orders via Hermes, which is quick, cost effective and fully trackable. For overseas orders I will use Post Office standard international delivery. I aim to post within 3 days,
I am happy to customise mobiles for special gifts or occasions, but I need two weeks to make custom orders. If you want something special, please contact me in plenty of time to give time to make it and post it.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
