• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. Tina's Leather Crafts (T.L.C) of England - Premium Quality Leather Goods Handmade with Tender Loving Care (T.L.C)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I would love for you to be delighted with your handcrafted leather goods. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please do not leave a negative feedback. Contact me first through Folksy as I will be happy to assist you. Please also contact me first before returning the item. I will take care of the issue for you promptly.
Returns are accepted but the item has to be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused condition. This does not apply to custom-made, personalised items or items changed in some way from the original listing.
As I am reliant on the Royal Mail, I cannot give refunds for items that are delayed and arrive too late for a particular date. Tina's Leather Crafts is not responsible for any delays by the postal services or delays caused by international customs clearance processes.
A package cannot be declared lost until after 15 business days to allow for delayed delivery in the UK and 50 days for an overseas package. If your parcel looks like it may be missing, do not worry unduly as I will fully refund you if the parcel fails to arrive.
If returning an item, you must inform me first. After my reply, clearly mark it as "Return To Sender" and complete and attach a C22 custom declaration label to the package (if required) and mark it as "Return Goods" or tick the box "Other" and state "Return Item". Failure to do any of the above will mean I am unable to issue a refund.
Refunds for returns will be for the price of the item only, not including the original shipping costs, unless there is a defect in workmanship.
I stand behind the quality of my work and will try my best to satisfy you - but I can't accept returns on the following:
- Used or worn items (unless due to a defect in workmanship)
- Custom orders and items recreated to a specific measurement
- Items that don't fit because the measurements given by the buyer were not accurate.
If a refund is to be issued, it will be processed within 14 days of the leather item being received back to me in its original condition and original packaging. The refund will be for the price of the item only, not including the original shipping costs or the cost to return the item which is the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is faulty).
