Welcome to MatildaBelle Ceramics, I will aim to post your purchase via Royal Mail 2nd Class for items under £20.00 above £20.00 with Royal mail 2nd Class Tracked within 3 days of purchase. Please do get in touch if you need the product sooner.
I am always happy to discuss personalisation or bespoke items please feel free to get in touch and have a chat. Likewise if you would like gift wrap or a note popped into your purchase i will be happy to oblige.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
