Felicity Christmas is the alter ego of a freelance music educator currently based on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire border.
Having done A Level Art/History of Art back in the Dark Ages, it was a chance meeting with Kaz from that cohort in 2023 that launched my artwork Out There. A graphic designer, Kaz gave me the boot up the posterior I needed AND is responsible for my beautiful logo!
My Facebook page has plenty of pics of my entire product range and examples of custom orders. From personalized wooden discs featuring my signature ombre backgrounds, black silhouettes and modern calligraphy to my air-dry clay items including necklaces, scatter hearts and hanging decorations based on the ancient Tibetan, Indian and Aboriginal dot mandala traditions. Gloss varnished, the tactility of each item can be truly felt but UV resin is also an option for a less organic feel. Meanings of the colours and/or personalised messages go on the reverse.
All my work is drawn freehand out of my head with no stencils. Perfect as positivity tokens for a pocket, gifts for someone dear, wedding favours, scattered on tables at functions, accents to window displays or therapy rooms or purely as decoration, everything I make is super-versatile and comes with a free dollop of love and positive vibes!
My art is my happy place – me (often covered in paint or with varnish in my hair!), my cat at my side and Radio 4 in the background combine to be seriously good for my qi!
