I Sally Mansfield am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Beautiful Handmade jewellery in Sterling Silver, Bold Chainmaille weaves and vibrant beaded designs. Some items are customisable, for example bead/stone/crystal colour, please contact to discuss. Many items are one offs as i do not mass produce and are available for delivery in 2-3 days. Sterling silver pieces take up to 14 days delivery as are sent away for Hallmarking once made.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns accepted if item(s) are damaged or faulty and only after contacting the Seller. Pictures of damaged item/items may be required as evidence and should be sent to Seller immediately on discovery of damage. Returns accepted at buyers own postage cost and risk. Communication between Buyer and Seller will find a reasonable resolution.
Custom made items can only be returned if item is faulty or broken. For items where buyer provides measurement please ensure measurements are correct as returns for wrong sizes ordered will not be accepted. For all custom items the buyer will receive communications via email from the Seller. For All custom orders a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required on initial ordering. Discussions on specifications, colours, sizes and packaging requirements will be made and agreed on by both parties, example photos of prototypes may be sent to be agreed on. The buyer will be kept up to date on expected completion dates with completion photos prior to shipping. The balance of the order will be paid in full prior to shipping.
All returns/refunds are at discretion of the seller.
Refunds will be issued once item(s) have been received back to seller at buyers own cost. Items will be posted using Royal Mail or equivalent courier if appropriate. Lost or damaged items can only be refunded once either received back to seller if damaged, or if lost in the post conforms with Royal mails/Couriers guidelines on lost mail. In the event Royal mail loses any item(s) then refund will be at the Sellers discretion and only issued once Royal Mail/Couriers conditions have been met. Any queries please do not hesitate to contact as all transactions should be as smooth and simple as possible.
For International Post please be aware your Country may have import charges/taxes and fees. This is not the Sellers responsibility and is up to you to check before ordering and pay any duties required by your countries customs.
