Buying from me

Crogwg (pronounced Crog-oog) is based in Pembrokeshire. We make and sell woodcrafts inspired by nature. The wood in our crafts is sourced using traditional methods of woodland management. Each item you buy from us is individual and completely handmade. Postage is £4-4.75 for items up to 2kg and sent Royal Mail 1st. Postage for items over 2kg or will vary to size and weight.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
