Buying from me

On receiving your order I will always send out a thank you email so please look out for this in your inbox (or spam/junk folder). I will also email you once your order has been shipped, with your tracking details, so you know to look out for it.

Shipping is within 1-3 days of receiving payment, please see individual items for details. Personalised orders take 3 days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I cannot accept returns of earrings for reasons of hygiene, unless they are faulty.
