Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I am obviously happy to refund the total payment for items broken in the post unless I have another item the same (unlikely) which I can send out to replace it.
If you simply do not like the item you receive then, please let me know within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. If you return it at your own expense, I will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping it to you.
