Buying from me

All of the custom items from children's art in my shop are examples of pieces I have made for clients to highlight the quality of detail I can achieve.
Resin pieces are customisable, you can choose your own colours or designs, again please contact me to discuss any commissions.
All items come in a recycled, handmade gift box and I try to reuse any padded envelopes.
All pieces are handmade so variations will occur.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All bespoke items are non refundable unless faulty.
In the case of damaged/broken items a repair may be offered at shop owners discretion However if after 30 days any breakages will be classed as general wear and tear and are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for repair at the shop owners discretion.
Any eligible refunds will be issued within 28 days after return of item.
