I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
WE LIKE TO KEEP POSTAGE COSTS TO A MINIMUM FOR OUR LOVELY CUSTOMERS, AND ALWAYS OBTAIN A PROOF OF POSTAGE RECEIPT. PLEASE HOWEVER NOTE THAT IN THE UNLIKEY EVENT OF A MISSING PARCEL, COMPENSATION IS LIMITED TO COVER INCLUDED IN THE PRICE PAID FOR STANDARD POSTAGE PRICE (£20).

Domestic Postage is by 2nd Class Standard (99p) - upgrades are as follows;
Upgrade to 1st Class standard: £1.30
Upgrade to 2nd Class Recorded: £1.10
Upgrade to 1st Class Recorded: £1.30
Within the EU Postage is by standard airmail (£2.90) - Upgrades are as follows;
Upgrade to International Signed For: £5.80
Outside the EU Postage is by standard airmail: (£3.80) - Upgrades are as follows;
Upgrade to International Signed For: £6.00
