I Tracy Pawlett am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

All of my resin jewellery is handmade to order and takes me 2 to 3 days to create before it is ready to ship.
Most of my graphic designs can be made into any piece of jewellery or accessory - so if you see a design used in a necklace but you’d prefer earrings or a keyring, just get in touch and if I can make it happen for you, I will!
My jewellery ships in a Because of Annie gift box via Royal Mail first class post and is packaged to fit through a standard sized letterbox.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
PAYMENT
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal; you can pay using an email address and your debit or credit card.
Payment should be made at the time your order is placed. Any transaction which is not completed within 24 hours will be cancelled. At this time the item will be re-listed for sale.
SHIPPING
All of my jewellery ships in a small gift box as standard. This will be placed in a padded envelope to ensure protection from damage.
I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post. To keep postage costs to a minimum (for both of us) I do not currently use a tracked/signed for service. Should you require a signed for/tracked service, please contact me prior to ordering.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If you have any special requirements regarding delivery (i.e. urgent next day, recorded/signed for) then please contact me before placing your order so we can agree a postage price as these options will be more expensive.
REFUNDS
All my items are lovingly made by me and I want you to love them just as much as I do. Should you wish to return an item, please see below for my policies.
In accordance with the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping/postage costs. Your refund will be issued by me via PayPal within 14 days of receipt by me of the item in the same pristine state that it left me. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS OR TO EARRINGS FOR PIERCED EARS (FOR HYGIENE REASONS).
If, however, you consider an item to be faulty or damaged on arrival then please contact me and we'll work out a solution - either a refund or a repair/replacement. In these circumstances I will be responsible for your shipping costs in getting the faulty goods back to me.
Please contact me and I will provide you with an address for returns.
Please note that I am unable to refund any monies until such time as the returned/faulty/damaged goods are back in my possession.
Occasionally, stuff in the post does go missing/get lost. If you think this has happened with your item please contact me and we'll try to sort out a happy solution - either a replacement item or a complete refund. Please allow me a little time to investigate the missing item with the postal services.
CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ORDERS
Please note that any custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item caused by an error or omission on my part.
I will require photographic proof of any such fault and/or return of the item before issuing any refund.
If your custom item requires the use of a person's name, please ensure the correct name spelling is provided at the time of placing your order.
Please note that I am unable to refund any monies until such time as the faulty/damaged/returned goods are back in my possession.
