Buying from me

A wonderful selection of fused glass jewellery and gifts such as wine pocket hearts, glass charms and keyrings. Each item is individually handcrafted using several sheets of glass, which are fired at extremely high temperatures in the kiln to produce stunning pieces. Orders are carefully packaged in protective postal boxes or bags and sent 1st Class. I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of payment being received.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your goods, but in the unlikely event that there is a problem you may return faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.

However, please contact me straight away to notify me of the problem and prior to returning goods. A full refund, replacement or credit note will be given upon receipt of articles returned. Postage costs (as charged) will also be refunded for faulty goods.

If you are not happy with your purchase for another reason we will offer a refund or credit note for goods received within 14 days of receipt in their original new condition, unworn, and securely packaged. We are sorry that refunds will not be given for earrings or custom orders.

Refunds cannot be given for postal charges if goods are simply unwanted. Please get in contact with me prior to returning goods.

In either case, the goods you wish to return remain your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we suggest that you use a delivery service which insures the item(s) for their value and ensure you have a proof of postage from the post office. If goods are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you simply wish to cancel an order, please contact me within 3 hours after purchasing.
