Each item in my shop is truly one-of-a-kind and may also be featured in other locations. I kindly request 1 day to recover the item before shipping it out. Additionally, I welcome custom orders for any occasion—whether it's a stunning floral display for your shop, a beautifully adorned wedding venue (complete with a special gift from me!), or something tailored to your favourite colours and size preferences. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm here to bring your vision to life!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
